London is a great city for kids! There are so many fun and unique places to take them.
I mean, seriously there is even a museum dedicated to dinosaurs in London! The Natural History Museum is a great place to take the kids if they’re interested in fossils and prehistoric animals. London offers so much fun and discovery for kids in places you may have known but never really explored.

Anyway, here are some great places to explore in London with kids:
1. The Natural History Museum

2. The Science Museum
The Science Museum is another great option for kids who are interested in science and technology. The museum has interactive exhibits on a variety of topics, including space exploration, transportation, and health.
3. The Victoria and Albert Museum
The Victoria and Albert Museum is a great place to take the kids if they’re interested in art and design. The museum has a large collection of paintings, sculptures, and other works of art from around the world.
4. The British Museum
The British Museum is a fantastic for children who love history and culture. The museum has a vast collection of artifacts from ancient civilizations, as well as an extensive library.
5. Kensington Palace
If your kids are keen on royalty and royal history, then they’ll love a visit to Kensington Palace. The palace is the official residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as the birthplace of Queen Victoria.
6. Hyde Park
Do your kids need a run around? Head to Hyde Park. It’s perfect for those with a love of nature and the outdoors. The park is one of the largest parks in London, and it’s home to many different species of animals.
7. Buckingham Palace
Buckingham Palace is a must for any list of places to take kids in London. Not only is it the official home of the Queen, it’s also where you’ll find the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony.
8. St. Paul’s Cathedral
St. Paul’s Cathedral is a great place to take the kids if they’ve been learning about religion and architecture at school. The cathedral is one of the most famous churches in the world, and it’s known for its large dome.
9. Tower of London
Home to the Crown Jewels, the Tower of London is a great day out for kids in London. It was once a royal palace and fortress so is perfect for children who love history and castles.
10. Westminster Abbey
Westminster Abbey is a great place to take the kids if they’re interested in religion and history. The abbey is a sacred site for both Anglicans and Catholics, and it’s also where you’ll find the tomb of King Henry VII.
